Introduction to Probability and Statistics
(Summer Course)
The econometrics sequence assumes that all students have the
appropriate knowledge in probability and statistics, and linear algebra. To
help students to prepare for the sequence the Department offers an intensive
summer course in probability and statistics. Given the compressed nature of
the course it is important for students to pre-study the course material and
to work though the various problem sets and sample exams.
Some material is password protected. Please contact
the teaching assistant listed in the syllabus to
obtain a password, and if you have questions concerning practice problem
sets and exams.
