· After 5K race in downtown Los
Angeles (May 22, 2005), having won a medal for second place in my age
category (well, OK, it was a small race and there were only nine people in my
age category (45-49) but, still, not bad!
My official time was 22:40. I
began to run seriously in October 2004 after shoulder and knee problems forced
me to dramatically cut down on my tennis!).
